eMatMan moves beyond simple descriptions. We use a structured Noun + Modifier + Attribute logic to generate consistent, high-quality data.
Noun & Modifiers
The foundation of classification. Nouns (e.g., "Valve") are refined by Modifiers (e.g., "Gate", "Check"). Every item belongs to a specific Noun-Modifier pair.
Templating System
Nouns/Modifiers are supported by sequenced Attributes to formulate a Template. Users simply fill in the values, ensuring 100% consistent descriptions.
Formatted Items
The result is a "Formatted Item" with a system-generated Short Description and Long Description (PO Text), ready for export to SAP.
